This beautiful grand studio suite is 465 sqft plus the covered patio of 298 sqft.
This suite opens to the pool only 5 short steps away from the patio.
Comes with a chef's kitchen, large eating bar with stools and all the equipment to cook up a large family feast.
There is a king bed and another fold down couch for 2 people.
The suite can easily accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.
The bathroom is bright and comes with a spacious walk-in shower. No tub.
There is also a large walk-in closet to put all your clothes.
The patio comes with a couch, sofa chair and coffee table to enjoy the outside. There is also a private Weber BBQ to enjoy.

Terms of Payment:
- $1,000 CAD deposit (or full stay amount for short stays) required per suite to confirm booking.
- Send deposit via e-transfer to: [email protected]
- Balance is due 3 months prior to stay.
- Mexican taxes due when balance is paid.
Cancellation Policy:
- No cash refunds. Credit for future stays only.
- If cancelling more than 3 months before stay then $1,000 deposit will be credited towards a future stay (to end of October in the following year/season).
- If cancelling less than 3 months before stay (after balance has been paid) please notify us as soon as you know you can't stay so we may rebook your time to someone else because only the nights we are able to rebook will be credited towards a future stay (to end of October in the following year/season)
