This is our grand and beautiful spacious suite and is 635 sqft plus the covered patio of 390 sqft. overlooking the pool.
Suite 203 is a full one bedroom and comes loaded with everything you need to enjoy the sunny beaches of Bucerias.
There is a King Bed in the bedroom plus the living room comes with a full queen bed (pillowed as a couch), and a fold down trundle bed (3 people). The spacious living room opens to a ‘Chef’s Kitchen’.
The chef's kitchen has a large eating bar with stools and all the stuff to cook up a plentiful feast for friends and family.
Located on the second floor with a covered patio overlooking the pool. The patio comes with a couch, sofa chair, coffee table and table and chairs to enjoy the outside. There is also a private Weber BBQ to enjoy.

Terms of Payment:
$1,000 CAD deposit (or full stay amount for short stays) required per suite to confirm booking.
Send deposit via e-transfer to: mrbrucejr@gmail.com
Balance is due 3 months prior to stay.
Mexican taxes due when balance is paid.
Cancellation Policy:
No cash refunds. Credit for future stays only.
If cancelling more than 3 months before stay then $1,000 deposit will be credited towards a future stay (to end of October in the following year/season).
If cancelling less than 3 months before stay (after balance has been paid) please notify us as soon as you know you can't stay so we may rebook your time to someone else because only the nights we are able to rebook will be credited towards a future stay (to end of October in the following year/season)
Should we enter into a sales agreement that would complete prior to you being able to use your credit we will refund your credit as cash in full.
