Builders, stagers, designers and others who wish to use images taken by our photographer should contact us for specific licensing information. In addition to fees paid to DMD Real Estate Photography a property photography release will need to be obtained from the homeowner. The video/photographer Lucas Kong retains the rights to the photos and videos for internal marketing purposes.
Please ensure the property is photo ready at the time of shoot. Minor adjustments are expected in order to produce the best photos but please bear in mind that we are not a cleaning service.
Any job outside of 25 miles from this location will be accessed a travel fee based on the distance.
Payment: Payment is expected within 48 hours of delivery of images and/or videos to agent.
