Rosebud was built in 1925 and has one of the most premier locations on all of Little Sebago Lake, featuring sunrises and sunsets. The main house features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with a gorgeous boathouse featuring a master suite and bathroom. Rosebud has a very modern kitchen with shaker cabinets, granite countertops, laundry, dishwasher and microwave. The house and boathouse are fully air conditioned along with WIFI and cable. There is nothing like vacationing on the water, as Rosebud is just steps from the water and has the most amazing unobstructed views looking straight down the lake. The deep-water frontage is crystal clear and plenty of depth for boats, diving, or just floating around. There is a floating dock with flow through decking, to lounge around in the chairs, soak up the abundant sunshine, read a good book or enjoy that well deserved beverage. The loons are always around Rosebud singing their special songs day and night. Kayaks and paddle boards onsite to use and enjoy, along with a firepit for enjoying those smores and listening to the evening loons.

The grocery stores, restaurants, medical care, ice cream stores are all within a 5–10-minute drive from Rosebud, yet Rosebud is so private.  Come see and experience Rosebud, a truly magical place.
