Rental of our fully-furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house includes lawn maintenance, pest control, monthly cleaning service, and community amenities (swimming pool, athletic fields, a volleyball court, and trails). All utilities, including gigabit ethernet with WiFi 6E are covered.

Our fully-furnished home is available for a 3-12 month lease term with first month's rent plus a $5,000 security deposit.

Rent includes lawn care, pest control, monthly cleaning service, and access to all Blanco Vista amenities, including the community pool. Renter pays utilities: electric, internet, gas, water, and waste disposal.

Park in the garage or on the street at the front of the house. Ample guest parking. No smoking.
