About Me

Lorena Pena, who is a Realtor and Team Lead at Peña Realty Group of RE/MAX Associates, also spends her time giving back to the real estate industry. She has served as Chairman, and founding member, of the Greater San Antonio Young Professionals Network, she serves on the Executive Board of Directors at Texas REALTORS and serves as a Board member at the National Association of REALTORS®. Served as Chairman of the Board of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® in 2018. In 2021 she graduated from the National Association of Realtors Leadership Academy and is the Region 10 Representative for the Realtors Relief Foundation. She began her real estate career in 2002 after graduating from Texas State University. 

In addition to being voted in San Antonio Current Magazine as one of the Top 3 Realtors in SA and being named one of the Top 50 Women to Watch in Texas by Eleanora Magazine, Pena has held Board positions with the Junior League of San Antonio and is a Past President. She has volunteered with numerous non-profits throughout the city, including The Texas Sentinels Foundation which helped donate a new home for a wounded veteran and currently serves on a federal task force for Project Safe Neighborhood. She has also served at her alma mater Texas State University. Lorena is a current Board Member of the Hemisfair Conservancy and a Board Member of SA100.

Most recently Lorena married Bradfield Henderson, a San Antonio Native and wonderful support system. When she is not working/volunteering/public speaking she enjoys spending time with her friends and family in this city she loves.
