4) WATER 

There are 2 Bore holes at around 140 meters deep (1 x sweet water and 1 x salty but prefect for wildlife). Sweet borehole produces 3000 l/h and the salty borehole pumps  2000 l/h. These pump around 1200 l/h with Grunfos solar pumps. All the boreholes are equipped. 3 of these water pans are pumped all day.

The ranch features a 3 Tented Chalet style Lodge. Its roomy and stylish canvas tents with en-suite bathrooms, indoor hot & cold showers, flushing toilets, locking front doors, two twin beds, dressers, lights, and all the comforts of home. Additional is a fourth Tent - an unforgettable Kalahari experience. This Tent an elevated tent, built on a platform and overlooking a water hole. From here you can see all game animals, sand grouse and doves by the thousands while hearing cats drinking at night. The Lodge area has a Boma and dining room. There is a laundry area as well as well as staff quarters. 

Airstrip: 

Fully licenced 1.1km airfield. GPS Cordiant’s: Latitude S 21-43-54 Longitude E 024-28-58 (80km south of Matsweri gate (Deception Valley) down game reserve boundary.

 The airstrip is exactly half way from Maun to Gaborone’s and can be seen by Air Botswana on their flight route (Might be a possibility to fly clients from Gaborone’s to camp instead of Maun, a lot cheaper. For an extra BWP1500-00, you can upgrade to larger aircraft. This is the only airfield in the area.

With permission to enter the CKGR from gate by the vet fence you will be able to take tourists into the CKGR for the day trip and return to the property to continue with the safari with a night drive to entertain the guests.
