A second generation homebuilder, Sage Homes LLC is based in Punta Gorda, FL. We are family owned and operated by Paul Schaefer II (Jr.), his father Paul (Sr.) and mother Lorraine. Our goal is to provide each client with a positive and continuous experience. We are ready to see your project through from concept to completion, beginning with the conceptual drawings through to your move-in and beyond. We limit the number of homes we do at one time to ensure every client receives the attention they deserve.
